Energizing the crowd with a stirring performance, Christina Aguilera attended the Los Angeles Gay and Lesbian Center’s “An Evening with Women” in Beverly Hills on Friday night (April 24).

Held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, the “Genie in a Bottle” babe was clad in a sexy little black dress, singing for a guest list including Paris Hilton, Dita Von Teese, Sarah Silverman and Sharon Stone, among others.

Aside from getting back into the music business following the birth of her first child, recent reports tell that Christina has landed her first lead movie role as a burlesque dancer in an upcoming film called “Burlesque.”

According to industry insiders, “Burlesque” will begin filming in 2010, although a rep said that it is “too preliminary to comment on casting.”
